LAX Map
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located on the west side of Los Angeles. LAX Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world and majorly serves the U.S. for flights to and from Asia and Oceania.
Using the LAX Interactive map will help you navigate your way through and between LAX Airport terminals. The LAX map highlights all the terminals and their airlines, services, and parking spaces.
Los Angeles International Airport has 9 terminals in a U-shape layout and extensive distances between them. The international Tom Bradley Terminal (TBIT) is at the bottom, along North Terminals 1, 2, & 3, and South Terminals 4 through 8.
To save time and energy, you can board the free shuttle buses that travel between terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. If you choose to walk, check the distances between each terminal on the LAX terminal map.

Transport between Los Angeles Airport terminals
Passengers will have to exit security to get through inter-terminal connections between terminals 1, 2, and 3 and other terminals. Passengers can walk or take the free shuttle buses to reach any terminal but will have to re-clear security. Terminals 4 through 8 connect to other terminals through airside connections, thereby allowing passengers to access other terminals seamlessly and without re-clearing security.
The shuttle buses are courtesy services provided to assist passengers with traveling through terminals for airline connections (A Route). Passengers can use the shuttle buses to transport from Employee Parking lots as well. To use the shuttle service, passengers should locate the LAX shuttle & Airline Connections blue sign on the Lower/Arrivals Level islands in front of every terminal and board the LAX shuttle.
The terminal shuttle service runs through terminals in a clockwise loop every 10-15 minutes and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
